What festival is complete without a shopping experience? If you are a vendor or craftswoman seeking a receptive, lesbian/queer-friendly audience for your goods and/or services, we encourage you to participate in the SisterSpace Weekend Women’s Festival as a merchant.

What does it cost to be a merchant at SisterSpace Weekend Women’s Festival?
We require a modest introductory $175 fee/per person for each vendor and helper (3 persons maximum). This includes meals and sleeping accommodations for three days and two nights.

What’s the deadline to apply?

Apply by July 15th and hear back by July 20th. If you are accepted as a SisterSpace Vendor, your business will be highlighted in the festival program booklet, and in Vendor highlights/promotion by SisterSpace.

What’s my booth size?
Indoor vendor spaces in the MarketSpace are sold by the table. (BYO table, tablecloth, racks/display units, and chairs). Let us know if you are bringing a 6′ or an 8′ table. The price is the same for each. If you have a service (e.g., massage) and/or goods that require more space, please specify that. There is an additional charge for extra space.

Outdoor spaces in the Vendor Village are typically 10’x10′. BYO tent, tables, racks/display units, and chairs. If your tent is larger than 10×10, please check with the SisterSpace Vendor Coordinator to be sure we can accommodate you.

What sorts of things can’t be sold at SisterSpace Weekend Women’s Festival?
Two main things—alcohol/drugs, and tobacco. Also, certain services may not be able to be accommodated. Please be sure to describe your product or service thoroughly on your application form so we can resolve any potential problems prior to your arrival.
