All adults pay a $50 REFUNDABLE Workshift deposit. Teens ages 13-17 pay a $30 REFUNDABLE Workshift deposit. See below for more information about workshifts.

Rates are based on a sliding scale according to your pre-tax annual income. All prices are per person.

To qualify for pre-registration rates, your registration must be paid in full (and postmarked, if mailed to us at our P.O. Box address: SisterSpace of the Delaware Valley, P.O. Box 22476, Philadelphia, PA 19110 ) by the dates shown. To register by mail, download/print a registration form and send it in with your check. If you’d prefer to use a credit or debit card, please register online. We are unable to process card info sent by postal mail or phone.

Please note that processing fees will apply for online payments. SisterSpace does not control, nor do we have access to reduce or refund, any processing fees.

Refunds: You may request a refund up until the August 20 refund deadline. Your workshift deposit is 100% refundable up until August 20. Only 50% of your registration fee is eligible for refund, up until August 20. No refunds will be issued after August 20. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Workshifts: In the spirit of community, every person age 13 and older and every adult attending the Festival is asked to do a 2-hour workshift. A $50 refundable deposit is included in your registration fee; the deposit will be refunded after the workshift is completed, at scheduled refunding times. There are a variety of time slots to sign up for, and various jobs to do, including sit-down jobs, up through very active jobs, to suit a range of interests and abilities! Doing a workshift is a fun way to meet new people and participate in the SisterSpace Weekend Women’s Festival. Many hands make light work!

Our goal is not to keep your $50; our goal is for every woman to share in the creation of the Festival by contributing her/their energy and skills. That said – it’s not mandatory that you sign up for a workshift. If you’d rather just lounge by the pool, that’s fine! Just be aware that you MUST sign up for and complete your workshift in order to receive the refund of your deposit.


Terms and Conditions

We don’t have many rules, but we do have a few. Please take a minute to thoroughly read through the terms and conditions below BEFORE you register. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to contact us.

Read this stuff! It’s important…

  • Personal Conduct: The Weekend is all about having fun, enjoying each other’s company and having a good time. Violent or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
  • Performers and Schedule: Although we make every effort to nail down our performer lineup and the event schedule, circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Thus, all performers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments: Your registration must be paid in full prior to the event. In order to qualify for designated discount rates (such as Early Bird), your registration must be paid in full by the applicable deadline date.
  • Refunds: You may request a refund up until the refund deadline (see rates and registration info page for this year’s deadline date). Only 50% of your registration fee (excluding your $50 workshift deposit, which is 100% refundable) is eligible for refund. No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Transfers and substitutions: All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold.
  • Privacy Policy: The contact and personal information SisterSpace collects about you will never be shared outside of SisterSpace. For EZ Facility’s privacy policy, click here.
  • Vehicles: Only official Weekend vehicles and vehicles with special permission are allowed on land. All other vehicles must remain in the parking lot for the duration of the event. You are not permitted to park next to your cabin or tent.
  • Open flames and fires: Weather permitting, there may be a communal fire for your enjoyment. No other fires or flares or fireworks, etc. are allowed, including small BBQs and stoves.
  • Pets: No pet animals are allowed on the festival site.
  • Age appropriate content: Parents are reminded that some workshops, performances, or other events may be inappropriate for children.
  • Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.).
