Senior and Student Discount: Seniors (65+) and students can deduct $20 from the fees above (if registering online, use the discount code SeniorStudent). If registering by mail, please attach a photocopy of your Student ID or Driver's License (or other ID showing age). If registering online, please be prepared to produce these credentials when you arrive at the Weekend.

Important deadlines:

You may request a refund up until the August 15 refund deadline. Only 50% of your registration fee (excluding your $50 workshift deposit, which is 100% refundable) is eligible for refund. No refunds will be issued after August 15. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the spirit of community, every woman attending the Weekend is asked to do a 2-hour workshift. A $50 refundable deposit is included in your registration fee; the deposit will be refunded after the workshift is completed, at scheduled refunding times. There are a variety of time slots to sign up for, and jobs to do! Doing a workshift is a fun way to meet new people and participate in the Weekend.

Our goal is not to keep your $50; our goal is for every woman to share in the creation of the Weekend by contributing her energy and skills. That said - it's not mandatory that you complete your workshift. If you'd rather just lounge by the pool, that's fine! Just be aware that you MUST complete your workshift in order to receive the refund of your deposit.
